Saban has said many times that the OC runs his offense. Plays and wrinkles are added, but it's Saban's offense.

It's been stated that it is Alabama's offense, so expect CBO to continue running the same type. He's had Deshaun Watson the past several years, and Bryce Young has a similar skill set, so I don't foresee much of a problem adjusting. I think this is a very good hire.

Word has it he's also an ace recruiter.

And luckily, personnel decisions won't be something he has to worry about.

I think he is also a QB coach, like a real one and not in title only. I think that was a not so noticed thing with Sark with Mac Jones. Sark made Jones a big time quarterback, not just a thrower with big game stats.

The ability to be a great overseer is what separates Saban from so many other coaches. I pointed out to my wife last night that Saban never has play call sheets. He hires people, demands excellence, enables them to do their job and, somehow, is always in control.

I need to see a full cycle of him calling plays..... blow outs, close games, sustaining drives, changing gameplan at half time if not working. How does he get along with players? Sark and Kiffin were great.

I've read some sources that say a decision hasnt been made.................hard to say

There were a lot of people on this site that were not happy about Sark being re-hired 2 years ago. To me you just have to trust that Saban knows what he wants.
