Sans helmet and with a young un-Mrs. Petrino as a passenger, the most recognizable face in Arkansas goes out for a late afternoon ride.

Cue the press conference, the tears, the sincere asks for forgiveness from his family, university, players and hog nation, while the grim-faced but loyal wife stands resolutely behind him.

I think he remains the HC at Arkansas. The investigation will show something along the lines of the woman expressing an interest in motorcycles so Petrino was just taking her for a quick ride. (Seriously no innuendo intended.)

Petrino has come a long way in bringing the Arky program back from the lethargy that Nutt put 'em in. I cannot believe the PTBs will start over with another coach. The episode will be explained away, Petrino will receive a lecture on how he must avoid even the appearance of impropriety, and that's the end of it so far as the school is concerned.

Mrs. Petrino may pursue further dialogue with Bobby but that's a private matter.

This whole situation has finally made me realize that the U.S economy is worse than I thought. Inflation is rampant. The price of strange has gotten entirely too expensive.

Honestly, that was horrible. Don't call a presser if you don't have any details or idea of what will happen.

Hey, this is the way it works. I remember waiting all day for the evening "presser" with NASA officals when the shuttle exploded. The news media kept hyping the presser and then that evening the officals said "they did not know anything and would have to investigate everything." Duh.

The whole world saw the fuel tank blaze up just before the explosion -- but the officals would not even admit that.

He already admitted an 'inappropriate relationship' with her, lied to his boss about is, and, unless it was a 'one night stand' hired his mistress as an employee, making the school ripe for a sexual harassment case.

If he survives this at arky well know exactly what's important to the university.

Apparently, Dodd thinks there's a moral equivalence between being a little over the top at what you're paid to do and nailing a cupcake half your age and lying to the boss about it where you run into modern sex harassment laws.

Yes I am. He makes some good points but a broken clock is right twice a day. I also remember that when DuBose did his thing we were mocked like crazy but when we fired Price we were also ripped for Bible belt morality (and it rarely got mentioned that Price's thing was not a first offense, a point I've heard several people make).


Has it dawned on anyone yet that Petrino & Rick "15 Second Shot Clock" Pitino were on staff at the same school at the same tine? Is it the drinking water in Louisville, similar names or what?
