Rotisserrie chicken, meat plucked off cleanly
Toss in cheese, scallions, black pepper and Franks Hot wing sauce.
Mix it up good with yer grubby paws.
Form into golf ball size balls, coat with flour, into the egg wash and a final coating of panko bread crumbs. Deep fry at 350 for about 4 minutes and there you have it.
Finished product with some buffalo fried shrimp and some blue cheese dressing.
