Well I woudln't want to be a college football coach for all the tea in China. What an unstable situation it is & all based on whether or not 18 - 21 year old's win football games or not.
I feel sorry for the guy & for his family. And I guess partly because I remember the sting & financial woes of those who were made to leave when Fran left everyone (including his coaches) out of his plans...to have a job, they had to go with the evil little guy - mortgages do have to be paid. (Of course, now most of them have discreetly found jobs elsewhere - but still...) Times like this are so horrific for those guys & especially for their families. Gosh - I hate the entire scenario.
Meantime, it seems to be - whether or not it will be short-lived or what - that Auburn is having its turn at difficulties. I, for one, don't want to participate in the public heckling; I'd rather think that we Bama fans show some class & don't behave the way they did when we were going through our trials for the past 6 or so years - instead, I'd like to think that we show class & restrain from the bullying that they displayed when the shoe was on the other foot.
I just want to concentrate on ALABAMA football, which is "sittin' pretty" these days & oh, how fun it is! ! ROLL TIDE !!!!!!!!
