Tommy Lee Jones - was a first team All-Ivy League tackle at Harvard. Played in "The Tie" (Harvard beats Yale 29-29, in 1968).

Olsen, Dryer, and Karras are all pretty much konwn as football players, though - they all played pro ball (and I think were All-Pros). Same for Howie Long, even though he did a few movies.

Ward Bond (Bert the Cop in "It's a Wonderful Life", as well as a co-star in several John Wayne Movies) was a teammate of Wayne's at USC.

John Amos (the dad in "Good Times") played at Colorado State.

Fred MacMurray (My Three Sons, The Caine Mutiny) played at Carroll College in Wisconsin.

Lee Majors (cousin of Coach Johnny) played a year or so at Indiana.

Ed Marinaro (Hill Street Blues) played at Cornell (2nd in the Heisman).
