A friend of mine (Washington fan) has attended games in Phillie and says the have a magistrate in the stadium to handle the cases.
I spent about a dozen years working for two different companies based in Philly. I attended numerous sporting events with work colleagues at Veterans Stadium and The Spectrum over the years.
They need more than a magistrate. They need a clinical psychologist at every gate administrating ink blots tests to the fans entering the stadium. I’ve been around some terrible fans in SEC country, but those folks put the “loon” in lunatic.
In France during thr World Cup, when hooligans were arrested, they were tried, convicted and in prison within a week. The French were not fooling around with football hooligans.
