Check to check, and jaw to jaw

First-and-goal, the game on the line, as Coach Bryant used to say, "Cheek to cheek, and jaw to jaw," time for the best team to win; but it wasn't Alabama.

The Crimson Tide couldn’t punch it into the end-zone in four tries.

Now I'm reminiscing about other Coach Bryant sayings:
Good Mamas and Papas
Bingo! That's a goodie
Carrying the ball like a loaf of bread
So open he looks like he's out to practice early
Almost hog killing time
I called that play that didn't work
The Fourth Quarter is ours
Just poor coaching

I really miss Coach Bryant when Alabama loses...

Does the good Coach (our current one, Coach Saban, of course) do an after game show like the one Coach Bryant used to do? Have to ask because I live in Georgia (since 1984). Over here on CSS when they show "classics", they always show the 2008 SEC Championship game or the 2010 Iron Bowl -- so not a lot of Bama love over here.

I miss Ol' Bama once again. And I think it's a sin.

Yes, Coach Saban has a show.
