Baileys Irish Cream will go bad if you let a previously opened bottle sit long enough.

We were in the mood for some Butter Nipples which is butterscotch schnapps with some Bailey's floated on top. (at least that's the way I was taught to make them). Alas the Bailey's came out of the bottle curdled and looking thick and awful so down the drain it went like sour milk. Quick thinking eyes spotted a never opened bottle of Godiva Chocolate Liquor and I figured why not.

1 1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
3/4 oz Godiva Chocolate Liquor

Pour Schnapps in bottom of tall shot glass. Slowly pour the Godiva on top and it will float on top of the Schnapps. Shoot, sip or gulp it down for a tasty treat.

Drink responsibly please. No more than six per hour. ;)

The only problem I have with it is the name. Gotta come up with something I can say when I've had 4-5 of these. "Shocklit overed butter drop" is what it'll likely end up as.:wink:

Also, some trivia for you. The Buttery Nipple is known as what in Australia. Ok I didn't know it either and I'm not posting it here due to sensitive wording, but google the buttery nipple and you'll find it as well. :)
