I'd argue Nelson has been just as good under the goal as Cliff on D. But Cliff does deserve his flowers, the guy is a beast
Nelson has definitely improved and some of it is he has moved back to his natural position. With that being said, Cliff is a much better defender in the post and better rebounder. When it comes to offense, Grant blows him away. Pick your poison.

Cliff will always be a little underrated because a lot of his impact doesn't show up on the stat sheet. Take him away, and that's when you see how valuable he is.

I still maintain that we are not fully utilizing Omoruyi to his full offensive potential.

Cliff has the highest FG percentage on the team, by far. And he and Grant lead the bigs in FT percentage.

Grant seems to be the one that feeds Cliff the ball at the appropriate time and distance.

The other guys not so much.

From my observation, Cliff gets himself into a good position often enough, but our guards (namely Mark) drive the basket themselves and then only look to Cliff to bail them out.

Seems like if they would get him the ball when he's the only one in the paint, instead of waiting until the defense collapses under the basket, Cliff has a better chance one-on-one.

Needless to say, I'm a big fan, and I think he is more of an offensive weapon than we realize.

Just my 2¢ :)
