Prior to 9/11, I used to offend my good Baptist brethren when they asked what I was doing in Texas. I would tell them I'm here to spread the Gospel according to Bear and convert all the heathens in this state. And then bow down five times in the direction of Tuscaloosa and Bryant-Denny Chimes and tell them I'm bowing down to the true "Mecca".

They would freak.
