Question: Coaching bball versus football

I am watching the Baylor versus Texas game and a question occurred to me. Can a highly successful coach at either sport learn to be as succesful. I think that alot of things that are succesful in one sport transfer to the other (discipline, teamwork, having an established system, recruiting, etc.) I think that football has much larger staffs and rosters to manage so I think that a succesful football coach could more easily be succesful transferring to basketball. But a lot of people on here like to refer to the big12 as basketball on grass so it may work in reverse.

I think that unless one played the games at comparable levels (college basketball AND college football, for instance) it wouldn't be an easy segue.
