I think at this point if Harbaugh leaves they promote the OC to HC to avoid alot of what we are going through. I also think it’s unlikely at this point that Kelly moves this late in the game.

The Failcons are probably going to hire Belichick. Apparently Arthur Blank is the only one that wants this. No one else within the organization does. The main reason no one else does is Belichick still wants all the power and be coach. I expect that once he is hired, there will be "restructuring" or people quit to "spend more time with family"
