What happens if you break the no p4 rule? What if it was beyond your control? I googled it and it says there is no set penalty but maybe a financial one?

No idea but Mizzu would have been in violation in 2020. Covid saved them from breaking the rule. They did have BYU, but they were independent that year. Not sure if they still counted

I disagree with Sexton being a scumbag. He's being handsomely paid to do exactly what he's doing. In other words, he's doing his jobby job.
