This could be damaging to a prosecutor. This is why I am not going to get all upset. I knew there would be something, or someone, that says something that contradicts what the little gangster said. Still, not everything adds up and I'm sure more details are coming. This is really crazy though that he was coming at the cop. Maybe he did jump in the squad car and go for the weapon. What person in their right mind would do that? This is the 'hood though. Nothing should surprise me.
 
According to noted political commentator (and comm'nist college professor) Mark Lamont Hill, who is on the scene, he claims he has talked to those in control of this.................uh..............display of public concern, and it is run by the Black Panthers, out of Oakland. Other reports claim a bunch of comm'nist agitators, out of Chicago, are also on the scene.

Mrs. Cuda does not understand why folks would burn down their own neighborhood. Because those doing the burning do not live there, or anywhere close. Unless you consider Chicago close.

Just wait until the Civil Rights Div., of the Injustice Dept. (run by Stalin, I mean Eric Holder) really gets involved. There is a midterm election coming up, and voter turnout, of certain voting blocs, needs ginning up.

I doubt that it's a forgery. The fact that he keeps repeating that the guy just kept coming explains a lot. This "guy" was 6'4" and barely under 300 lbs. I can easily see that none of those shots would have stopped him until the shot through the cranium. I expect this to be dissed by the people looking for an excuse to riot. After all, the signs reading "shot in the back" disappeared after the first appearance of the autopsy report...

I think there is a strong possibility that he was in an altered state of consciousness. The robbery was downright bizarre, coming back to threaten the mgr again and you knew that, sober, he would have realized he was on camera. In an altered state, some shooting targets have been known to perform feats seemingly superhuman. Also, he outweighed the officer by, probably 100 lb....

Unless it's an out and out forgery, the remarks by the man, who by accent probably is a neighbor without an ax to grind, are going to weigh heavily. He's speaking contemporarily, just after the events. Also, his remarks match and support the deceased's wound pattern...

Just think of the rioting if this officer gets cleared of any wrong doing.
 
CNN again....a black guest commentator just said..."When you have a roach problem in your house....you don't just kill that one roach...you have to exterminate the whole house!"

Ouch......that could be interpreted in more than one way....
 
It would be helpful and sane if the media pundits would stop inflaming those who are involved in the situation. They are not part of the story and should stop with the platitudes and (occasionally) lies.

This is what I was referring too when chatting with JBama earlier in this thread about shooting to kill. Stuff like you said chile is the reason cops and others have to empty a clip into a threat to stop them because you can have a guy with 5 shots in him still coming after you when they are on that stuff. You shoot until the threat is on his back or stomach and not moving.
 
Beginning to believe the media want bullets hurdling towards these protesters. Pathetic. One person died last night because of the crap and it was totally unnecessary. I truly feel sorry for the majority of the Ferguson community to have to tolerate this complete debacle.
