Thanks for posting this! I'm passing it along to my husband. He uses Tony's seasonings and gravy mixes quite frequently. I bet he can come up with a recipe for submission.

Savannah if your husband owns "Cajun Country Cookbook" by Tony Chachere it will have a recipe for Tony's Creole Seasoning in it. The recipes first ingredient is a 26 oz. box of salt! If you make your own you can put as much or as little salt as you like. By the way the Cajun and Creole seasoning recipes are exactly the same.

I do like his cookbooks because they are full of simple no nonsense Cajun and Creole recipes.
