I'm not sure all our players who have gotten busted for DUI have been suspended. We even had a DC get a DUI and, while I'm sure there were some internal consequences, there were none visible from outside the program.

I heard part of this the other morning on JOX and him talking about the players being paid and he could afford an attorney. I'm not a big NFL fan but if you do anything to tarnish the "Shield," you're dealt with swiftly. If we're going to pay these guys I agree with G Mc, hit them in the pocket book. I think he’s a good coach…not great.

COY is typically given to an underdog who exceeds expectations. Where expectations are not very high, that's more easily accomplished. Gundy is a nut like Malzahn. Quirky schemer who slips up on better teams. Except he's 10x more self absorbed and apparently has no moral compass.

I remember Les Miles having some surprising wins and seasons at Stillwater. I wondered if he'd have a chance to show what he could do after taking over a perfect program from Saban. Well, he did.
