He’s got 370 All-Purpose yards and 4 Total TDs

It would be kind of hilarious for him to be the 2026 Pre-Season Heisman favorite again based on this game.

I rewatched some of the big games from our 2012 NC. I honestly dont know why you would not want to construct a team to play they way the did.

Absolutely punishing run game with effective play action pass that stayed away from middle of the field throws working a shallow screen game and deep 1v1 boundary pass plays.

Opportunistic defense in the back seven and solid DL, although not 2011/2016 elite.

I think a similar offense construct would complement our current defense very well.

I'm with you, but I don't know if anyone knows how to coach that way anymore, maybe besides Kirby, Curt C. ( Indiana ) Kyle W. ( Michigan) everyone wants the flamboyant offense, but to me a strong run game and a good defense still wins football games

Everyone , even the NFL, fell in love with wide open , pass happy offenses. I absolutely love Joyless Murderball, but some feel it’s not flashy enough. IMO, balanced offensive attack is the way to go
