For all of y'all who want to make fun of Jesus and God, may they truly have mercy on your souls. May they treat y'all better than you treat them.

For those of you stating Jesus was not married, where in the Bible does it say he wasn't? One of the teachings of Jesus was for man to be yoked with a woman.

For those of you who want to play around about Jesus and homosexuality, remember God destroyed two cities for such wickedness.

Well, Haggard was a true man of God (according to millions of people) until he wasn't. Then those same millions will find another freak to follow. It's easier than thinking for yourself, I guess.

Well, the Almighty must have it in for all those trailer home estates 'coz every Spring, Summer and Fall, he sends a buttload of tornadoes through them at regular intervals. I doubt there is a Chevy Lumina or a Chrysler K-Car left on the planet that hasn't been rended asunder by these prophetic whirlwinds.

Or is this just celestial urban renewal?

I will say that your example and this example in no way reflects upon true believers, but Christianity isn't any different than any other religion when con-artists and shakedown pros get involved. How many Indian gurus are out there right now raking in millions while folks think they're getting "enlightened".

Note: I've had some dealings with the good folks with the Maharishi University over in SE Iowa. True batshoot crazies, all.

Note: Rev. Hinn and Mrs. Hinn just announced their impending divorce this week. I'm sure all those NT admonitions against divorce don't really apply to them because they are a special case. :)

Absolutely agreed. I make fun of all freaks. Religious ones don't get a pass from me.

And I'll add that a lot of people willingly follow these clowns because they think it's the easy way to eternal reward. Let someone else do your thinking. Just pay the price of admission and you're in God's Magic Kingdom.

That's right. To each his own. No one mentioned the King James Version of anything. Jesus claimed to be the Son of God, which I believe. Jesus told the people of that day that He and the Father were one. Which I also believe. So on that basis of my belief I highly doubt Jesus was gay considering God the Father destroyed an entire city because of their "gayness".

If you want to believe or suggest Jesus was gay then go right ahead. But you won't do it without some resistance from me and God help you when you stand before the white throne.
