Emojis issue

Not a new problem but a holdover from the previous version:
If I try to select an emoji to comment on someones post, many to the right of the dropdown list displayed are covered on the right by the adds. Can they be made to be 'always on top'

For clarification I should add that this is not for emojis that I use in my own post but for emojis that I use to respond to other's posts (the string of 'like' emojis.
