Arsenal is loaded and will give MC a run. Newcastle has biblical wealth and will be a factor. Can Man United mount a serious challenge? Chelsea has seemingly stabilized but won't be good enough at this point. I will never forgive the English government for destroying the team. It will be an exciting season.

Chelsea tied Liverpool last week and got hammered by West Ham the other day. They have signed some good young talent in a total overhaul of the team, but they have lost some experienced leadership. I think they will be better in the long run, but it could take most of this year to gel as a coherent team.

The young talent they have accumulated is top 4 without a doubt. It's going to take them probably to the January window to find out exactly where everyone fits and who needs to go. With Poch in charge, I wouldn't be surprised if they are playing like a top 4 team over the last half of the season.

City are certainly the favorite, but I think the Gunners have a little something for them this year that they didn't have previously.

Either way it will definitely be an exciting journey. It would be nice to see Arsenal get back to the Arsene Wengar days.

Man City are the favorites, even with DeBruyne out for a few months due to their depth, and the window still being open. I'd have to say Arsenal and Newcastle are just a step or two behind, and I think Liverpool could round out the top four with a couple more signings.

Chelsea is probably a year away from being a serous top 4 threat and I really like Postecoglou, as long as he gets some support from Levy.
