Does anyone have any experiences with the Sunset RV Park lots, especially the Avalon section?

I haven't gotten any replies on the RV/Tailgating board so I'm cross-posting it here as I'd like to get some sort of feedback before reserving a spot for my parents' RV for the whole season.
