I used to pride myself in knowing where every D1 school was and their associated nickname and conference.
Given the upheaval over the last five years, I've become discombobulated with teams I've never heard of and have no clue where they're from playing against the now-P4. A few years back, I created a google map with all the D1/FBS teams, conferences, locations, and first year the team played.
I have just updated that to reflect all of the changes that have happened since 2023 and also added a new FCS map for all FCS teams with the same info. You can find the maps here:
