In Tulsa it should, In Birmingham it's blacked out on ESPN game plan and is PPV.

I don't know if it'll work this year or not, but the last couple of years, I always get it within 5 min. of kickoff.

It'll give me a message that it is blacked out and voila a few minutes later it starts playing. Happened both PPV games last year.

Don't hold me to it though. I may pay for the PPV just to be on the safe side.

Yes, Comcast is carrying ESPN360 as of about a month ago. I'm watching the VT replay on it as I type this.

Both the Florida International and North Texas games are listed on the 360 schedule.
