Florida's crystal Ball (BCS trophy) fell and broke

According to NBC 15 out of Mobile the ball was sitting on a table and the table was bumped and crashed to the floor.

Now I dunno about some of the other guys that hold a crystal ball, but I know for a fact ours doesn't sit on a table where it can be knocked to the floor.

That's great, awesome handling of the trophy. You'd think people would ensure that a crystal football (which would break almost no matter what) isn't placed in a position where it can easily break. I guess they thought that the football was unbreakable.
