So the NCAA has just made available self checkout lines in the transfer portal.

how is this even possible? Why would a player even enter the transfer portal If this is true. Back channel a contract, unenroll and enroll in a new school, anytime you wish. No portal, no window, no worry. Seems the NZAA would have language in bylaws and contracts that prevents this.
