Another of the replay booth head scratchers in the UNC Virginia OT.
Virginia runs the ball on 3rd down. Marked as first down at the 3.
Booth reviews, and video clearly shows knee down with ball at least half a yard short. Announcers saying it should be short.
Booth upholds the call on field. UVA ends up winning 17-16.
ACC should fire the review ref.
