@Bamaro posted this picture in the NSNP medical thread and I’ve shown it to multiple people. It has had an impact on everyone who has seen it. My question is does anyone have any substantiation as to how valid these numbers are?

If this is factual, then everyone wearing a mask is paramount as we reopen.

here is an absolute first for me, posting an opinion piece from a pastor that I agree 100% with

I'm in the retail biz for a natl big-box chain, reopening my location soon. On a supermkt run yesterday, i saw enough mask/distance non-compliance to put a serious scare into me.

I need a paycheck, too. So do our employees. Not - however - when being surrounded by the level on lunacy and selfishness that is rampant in this Bham suburb.

It isn't so much the going back to work that is unnerving. It IS the lack of common sense and unconcern for what these jackarses may do to others.

i went inside a store for a couple of items early last week and it was horrible. this was my first time in a store since the last week of march or so. we are trying to do everything via pick-up or delivery for the foreseeable future.

i was making a tp run. i went to bj's wholesale and they had plenty, but were limiting it to one package per person. at that time, they wouldn't allow you to purchase it via pickup.

they had directional arrows in the aisles that about 20% of the folks ignored then they had everyone funnel into one aisle to que for the registers. they had 6 ft markers down the aisle that few folks were paying attention to, with some folks even cutting line between the folks who were trying to distance. and they also had folks lining up two abreast with no space as the aisle is just big enough for two carts to pass

it was an unmitigated goat show

I remarked this AM to my wife that I guessed I was going to have to go in to replenish the TP...
