I know people were wringing their hands about the timing, but honestly, there really was no better time. Unless you wanted coach to just bail mid-season like Spurrier. But that opens its own problems.

5* Cornerback Jaylen Mbakwe is being compared to Stephon Gilmore. And 5* WR Ryan Williams is being compared to the Slim Reaper.

Does anyone still believe Coach DeBoer can't recruit? He came in very late, and not only managed to get Williams back on board, but now it appears he's even more locked in now than he was under Saban. I think our recruiting under DeBoer is going to be more than fine. Roll Tide!

Unfortunately (for the barn) their QB room looks atrocious and ours doesn't and don't think for one minute that isn't a big deal for a lot of these WR's.
