Government Shutdown

The law was apparently changed a few years ago to make it certain furloughed government employees would get back pay. Even without it, back pay was nearly always provided. I also just found out I will be getting two bonuses (totaling five-figures + in pay) when leviathan is back online. Turns out, there's always more money laying around, and it has to be spent. So, bonuses it is! Big government is awesome; we should have more of it!
