Hawaiian Burgers

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
Garlic Powder
McCormick Pub Burger seasoning
2/3 cup pineapple preserves or (diced pineapple with 1 TBS brown sugar)
1 cup BBQ sauce
4 pineapple slices
4 burgers buns, toasted

Combine beef, onion, pepper and Worcestershire in bowl, shape into 4 good patties, with thumb indent top about size of a quarter
Season burgers with salt lightly,garlic powder and McCormick Pub Burger seasoning

Combine preserves and BBQ sauce in small saucepan, over low medium heat bring to boil, stirring often

Grill burgers to desired doneness, turning twice, basting the top side on each turn (total 3 bastes)
Grill pineapple till charred and done

Build burger as you like - I do wasabi mayo, lettuce, red onion, tomato, beef, grilled pineapple from bottom to top respectively, with some leftover sauce brushed on the top bun
