Im glad he was diagnosed with this. So many people go thru life with a illness such as this or depression and are never seen or diagnosed. So in turn, they cant get the help that they need and are cast as freaks.


Hopefully Herschel will be just fine......

I had the opportunity of meeting Herschel in the early to mid 80s.on several occassions. The mayor of my town married him and his wife. We used to go to the Generals games and watch him play. A very classy guy.

Money makes people do strange things. Do you think all these people go on these talk shows and write books to "reveal" their "secrets", "problems" etc. do it for free? Take the money out of it and these issues would more than likely stay in their closets.

It's not the money they have that gets most people doing strange things. It's getting and having more money that seems to cause it. The law of diminishing returns seems to apply to rich folks as well.

Also, his financial situation isn't disclosed to people like you and me. Just because someone appears to have money doesn't mean they do.

I don't think you kinda sorta suffer from this. There's no MPD minor version, I don't believe. That's just being a little moody, or perhaps even sophisticated.

I took an abnormal psych course at Duke when I was in HS and the prof knew the Three Faces of Eve lady. She almost spoke in our class but bailed at the last minute. I was a little scared anyway, to be honest.
