Each week the contestants will be given a theme such as make a soup, make a pasta dish, make a tailgate menu, make a desert.
We probably won't make every dish but take the best and worst sounding and try them out. There will be three judges, me, Matt and Nick (bamapeppy).
Each week, depending on how many contestants we have, someone will be eliminated and asked to turn in their knives.
The final two or three, depending on how many contestants, will battle to see who wins the custom jacket and coveted title of Iron chef Tidefan.
