We'll probably utilize A LOT of the mush rush this weekend against the swine. Their QB can burn you with his legs and we cannot afford for them to bust several long runs because our DL is getting too far up field and he zips past them.Pass Rush= B-
Rushing D= A
We seem to be using that mush push to keep mobile QB's in pocket. The DL gets minimal pressure, but OLBs are flying around
A great DLine made Ray Lewis a HOFI think they have been solid. Good against the run and eating up blockers keeping the LB’s clean.
That young man is STRONG.
Ankle. What is injury status for Young...#47...(i think)
Low ankle sprain. Doesn't appear to be serious. May be out one or two games, or may play Saturday. This kind of injury is usually a day by day and see sort of thing. What is injury status for Young...#47...(i think)
Good point. Getting consistent push and keeping your hands up are just as important. We’ve got to make sure Jefferson can’t break a big run on us. So the measure of success has shifted to impacting the quarterback in ways other than just sacks. So, sacks may not be the best measuring stick for how good a DL is performing.
So, must be the less serious kind of ankle sprain. We need him for aTm and the Viles.Low ankle sprain. Doesn't appear to be serious. May be out one or two games, or may play Saturday. This kind of injury is usually a day by day and see sort of thing.
