Do you think some of these so called football power houses hear big feet in the back ground I love the repect were getting now( ITS GREAT) :BigA:

I know what thing for sure, Nick Saban just made the SEC a whole lot more interesting. All of a sudden, we've become the most hated team in the SEC again, and he has yet to coach a game for Alabama. I think that speaks volumes about the impact that Saban has already had.

Yea, They all say they don't care that we hired Saban but the the non stop BS we have had to put up with sure tells another story. By the way I noticed at Books-o-million Saban's book has been redressed with the heading Crimson Tide head coach or something to that effect. The cover has him with a crimson shirt.

FEEL the HATE!

Just cackle, rub your hands together and enjoy it. How many of our previous coaches have actually stirred up genuine hate among our foes? If opponents weren't fearful, they would be blowing kisses in our direction.

In a way I feel sorry for Les. He already had Southern Cal swiping his ripest recruits. Now to the north he's got Saban primed to raid the LSU nest.

I think the rest of the coaches in the SEC are concerned about alot of things. The days when they could raid our pantry are over and it seems as though CNS is gonna try to seriously raid other pantries and will probably be highly successful about it.

Other teams in both the East and West divisions will no longer be able to overlook Bama as a contender but THE team to reckon with. Therefore, more than a couple of coaches are probably a little worried about their own job security.

Les Miles will obviously no longer be top dog in the SEC west. How dissapointing that must be for him?

I like being hated. If you're not hated, then you're probably not winning. For instance, who hates Miss. State or Vandy?

I'd rather be feared than loved.

What I love a whole 'lot more is Bama walking off the field (against these teams that have owned us since probation) at the end of the game and the scoreboard showing Bama winning. All that other junk outside of winning means nothing.

Hate, respect, no respect will come when we begin winning until then we're still climbing the mountain.

Spot on. When you're winning, every thing else generally follows.

Frankly, All the trash talking between the U of A and other schools has become tiring to listen to. Hopefully some day we can just play ball, and leave the talking in the trash where it belongs. :)

I have no problem with trash talking. But trash talking to people who's beat you like a rented mule for four and five consecutive years shows nothing but stupidity.
