Kind of my feeling on NIL as well. Millions of dollars + an 18 yr old kid from meager means and maybe a bad/non-existent home.

I guess you can't fast forward an upbringing of responsibility and good behavior. As P J O'Rourke used to say about sending your tax $$$ to DC , "like giving whiskey and car keys to a teenager".
