I make them sit in the corner. I can be your best friend or worst enemy sometimes both in the same day.
That's too funny Rich...although true too!

Alan, grew up in Homewood now live in Hoover (along with the rest of Birmingham). Been a tidefans member for a lot of years...don't remember exactly but I know its been awhile.

"My name is 'Earle."' Dammit! LOL That was meant as a joke, to differentiate myself from comic dinosaurs and ex-cons with mullets. But, then, my "purple shirt" thread was supposed to be a joke also. Born and schooled in Decatur, I started at Bama in '57, which if you read your ancient history, was in the last year of "Ears" Whitworth's reign. (Sometime, I need to get busy and scan some of those old B&W photos from CPB's first year.) Got out of law school in '63, went north to NYC for more schooling and then returned to live in Huntsville, where I've been ever since.

My name is Don Shula and I'm using this forum to start a public uprising to help get my son his job back.

But actually I'm a misplaced Tide Fan living in Seattle using this forum to start a public uprising to help bring the wishbone back.

My brother is an LSU fan and lives up here as well. Some days when we're tired, we'll go catch a Huskies game and take a nap in the nice quiet stadium. People up here just don't take their football seriously.

How did you like living in NYC? I go there every summer, I've been on "Today Show" three times and "Live with Regis and Kelly" once, but I definitely love the city.. Hopefully one day I'll be able to move up there.

I am mark from Athens Al just west of Huntsville. There are a lot of Marks around here. Lifelong Bama fan. Was not able to attend Alabama but my oldest son did and got his degree from there. I'm hoping my younger son ends up at Alabama. He wants to be an engineer.:)

Welcome Mark, Donald here. Born in Baton Rouge, now in Kenner, LA. Have been a TIDE fan since I could mutter the words ROLL TIDE and thanks to great relatives and grandmother from the Hueytown area . I try and make as many BAMA games as possible, no matter the sport. But, I definitely make the BAMA/LSU games...hence watching the TIDE handle the city I was born and raised in!!! LSWho? Exactly.

I'm Andrew from Foley. Never went to college but when I was born in 1984 my parents (father a Bama alum) sent Ray Perkins a birth notice. From there on out it was clear, my birthright was to be an Alabama fanatic. My hobbies are loving Bama, hating Auburn and hating Tennessee. I live in Houston right now until the boys home I work for finishes building the home in Alabama so I can return to the promised land. It sure has been hard being away from Foley H.S. football and a daily stream of Bama news...thank God for tidefans.com!

I read someone say that Kenny Stabler was their fathers favorite player...he is a fellow graduate of Foley high school and a local legend back home. Kenny Stabler IS our claim to fame. Even though I never saw him play live...he's my favorite player too. ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been a huge Bama fan as long as I remember. I used to like Tennessee okay (due to the fact that I was born there and I kind of felt sorry for them always losing to Bama); not anymore.

Hello Mark,
Nice to meet you. I am Cindy and I live a few miles north of T-Town. I am another one of those ladies that needs her TideFans fix on a regular basis. I don't post much, but read often. I actually knew one of the 1925 Rose Bowl players and was born and raised on the "Bear". So I grew up on Bama football.
