Turning down Alabama was tough, though.

This one never bothered me. If there is one position on Bama's team that someone with experience might not be able to come in and pick up it's DB. He may have come in and picked it up pretty quick but it's a crap shoot. I just feel better signing 4 year guys to play DB and LB.
