Jalen used to have an almost robotic vocal pattern. Now, he’s selling it. Amazing man. Happy for him.

You can tell he's been heavily influenced by CNS. Loved it...
I doubt that he will ever coach...will need neither the money or the headaches. He will, however, have a great career as a motivational speaker, especially if he wins a couple of SB's.
Yeah, we are missing 1b...playing to the standard.
We haven't consistently done it in a few years now.
We did 1a last year without 1b almost the whole year because of one exceptional talent who resides in Charlotte, NC now.
1b is a team thing that leads to 1a. I hope CNS gets wind of this. It's probably where Jalen heard/learned it, but it doesn't seem to be clear to our program right now!

Jalen obviously soaked up every lesson that CNS had to teach, took it to heart, and applied it.
He has always worked his butt off and played to a high standard no matter what.

I agree with you 100%. I’m ready to see Colorado get that a** beat and knock him down a few pegs.
I think we are missing the types of players who are willing to play to that standard. I'm not saying we don't have any on the roster, just not enough of them like we used to.

Even a self-motivated 18 year old needs continued coaching and direction when he hits campus. Something is missing at that level.
