Pretty incredible ride. And its not over. This Georgia game could be massive part of his legacy but either way will be part of his story.
I may be getting ahead of myself but I'm excited about what kind of progress he can make in the offseason and where he will be next year in his development.
I was one of those on here that harped on how bad Milroe played early. It was awful. I never expected him to improve like he has to the point where he has been the QB to lead us to 11-1 and a miracle play in vs Auburn.
Now, his mechanics are still awful....really wish he would work on that in the off season....and his vision isn't always great, missing wide open guys. But, all QB's miss open guys....and Milroe, when he has time, is scanning the field. That is a huge improvement from early in the season.
His play when he's been decisive has been wonderful. He reverted vs Auburn, becoming undecisive and not running when he should, but if the version of Milroe we've seen the second half of the season (outside the indecisiveness vs Auburn) shows up in the SECCG, we've got a shot.
He's improved more in one season than any player I've ever watched.
