I would definitely think that would be one of the substances on a rape kit tox screen.

I know several ER nurses here and every time a female comes in for a sexual assault, they test for it. Actually, if a female goes to the ER and she is extremely intoxicated, they test for it.

That Orlando Sentinel article brings nothing new to the table. It just prints the FSU policy and then speculates.


Also, about the article from Yardbarker posted earlier, I have never even heard of that website until that post so, why do we even care what some random blogger thinks?

Because he posted her name & pic that should never be shown before they go to court & prove whether or not he's innocent or guilty..And by posting her name & pic, he's put her in danger, from the crazy local FSU Fans, that now can find her, and harass her into not going through with the charges.I hope the guy that did this article gets into trouble for doing what he did to her..It's shameful & could be against the law I would think..

How do you come to that conclusion???..if anything it seems like the exvidence points towards him being guilty..Did I miss something that happened today that says otherwise????..

And if it were AJ, poke, or say Julio when were barreling toward our first title in forever, what percentage of our fan base would have acted the same way?

Every-time our players have gotten into trouble with the law, I don't recall us fans here on TideFans, calling for the charges to be dropped, we all pretty much understood what they did was wrong,and just about all of us, wanted them all off the team..Like the 4 players that was kicked off the team, we didn't want them on the team, after they beat up that UA Student awhile back, and even though they all would prolly be major contributors to the team, especially Eddie Williams, dude could have been a major player for us this year on offense..JMHO

That could be the case..I put no faith at all into that article, if anything, that article proves true how bad the football culture truly is at FSU & just backs up that article that was posted earlier in the tread about how out of control things are in Tallahassee..

Jimbo is still playing Jameis in the 3rd quarter despite being up big over Idaho..And Jameis just got hit really hard on a TD pass that puts them up 49-7..If he gets hurt it deserved because they are up big..I really hate Jimbo & everything doing with FSU..

Jimbo finally put their backup in & he just threw a TD to make it 56-7..Jimbo is a real humble HC throwing the ball up this big on a out-ranked team like this..

I really hope that Meggs is covering all his bases on this issue. Living here, and if he is charged, I want it to be clear that they have enough evidence to prosecute. I don't want to hear "if only we had Jameis" crap. Unfortunately, that would probably be the case even if they had overwhelming evidence to charge him. Hopefully Meggs is doing his due diligence in this case.

They don't need Winston to beat FL, so it really doesn't matter. However, they might need him to beat Duke (yes, Duke). If the decision has not been made by that point it is time to call the Justice Department.

Very true. If it had been an average person, i.e. no sports hero or person of specific interest, they would have been charged months ago, and probably would have had their day in court already.

Here's a thought: If the charge isn't file, the victim could sue either the police department, FSU, or Winston himself. Either way, his reputation takes a huge hit. NO way He's considered for Heisman. I really think there will be charges.. we just dont know when. They know that if they dont bring charge against Winston, then there will be a huge backlash behind this story.

I wish we could kinda put hold on this thread on this until we know whether the DA is gonna file charges or not. It seems that I"m somewhat confused by all of those articles.. and its hard to tell whether its true or not. But then again, the case is like that too.
