That's a through and honest assessment. He has the talent but he has several key things to improve on which will be the definer if he has a long career in the NBA or not. I'm pulling for him.

Yeah Kira is in a real good spot, he made a real good impression last season as a rookie and also logged in quality minutes. Herb should make the roster as well unless it's a vet they can't pass on adding to the roster. He's been doing great in the summer so he's showed hes value. At the same time it wouldn't hurt him to get added experience in the G League.
