You forget that this is Englishfans and not Tidefans. I have noticed that people love to point out mistakes even when they are obvious typos. Trying to look smart I guess.....
Dont want to speak for him but I am pretty sure it was a joke.

EDIT: Yep, he said it was a joke. Whew, close one.

I've let it go long enough...I am WRONG about honing in...it is indeed HOMING in on something...like homing pigeons.

Now I will be away for a while...honing my new filet knife! :pDT_duel:

I'm a grammar nazi, I fully admit it.

But back on topic....does our new OC and Saban have an in house visit with JJ lined up before NSD?

My guess is that JM will be on a plane to Foley, AL, before he even sets foot in Tuscaloosa.

I would bet ya that the love fest between the Sooners and Tide fans will become very strained if Julio signs with the Sooners. We Tide fans don't forget very easily someone coming in and dissing us or taking our recruits away, lol! Maybe if OU and UA would make a pact to stay away from each others recruits, then things would always stay cordial between us, lol! This is a war going on for Julio!:biggrin2: One in which we don't intend to lose!!!:biggrin2:;)
I don't know...I mean, I can't speak for anyone else...but for me...Julio going to OU would cause me to root for OU whereas in the past I've been kind of indifferent towards them...I mean I like OU...but I don't intentionally watch any of their games and pull for them. If Julio goes there though...I'll definitely be paying close attention to the OU games and our hometown hero. I still really REALLY hope he comes to Bama...I'm just playing out the scenario that I hope doesn't happen.

I can certainly see your point of view, especially with your connection, and to be honest I will pull for OU against most all their rivals, we just hope things turn out our way. I feel a ton better than I did when Tebow's recruitment was going on about our chances, but you are right, we should be proud of him regardless. I'm not even ashamed to admit Charles Barkley and Bo Jackson, came from this great state!:biggrin2:

most nat'l titles since AP poll (1936):

8 - notre dame
7 - alabama, oklahoma, usc

i don't know about you guys, but i would like to see BAMA claim the most. and that means notre dame, oklahoma and usc all losing. i see them as rivals. :biggrin2:

that's right! notre lame, SUC and the spooners are all 2nd to BAMA. anyways, back to JJ. here's to passes down field to JJ and JPW's improvement in '08 under coach McElwain's guidance. woo hoo!
At the risk of being repititious (I posted similar thoughts on a different thread) a wide receiver with NFL aspirations needs to look no further than CJM's results. CJM has a history of producing all-conference, all-American, record-setting, and yes NFL receivers.

yeah...first of all...screw the AP...we got twelve...I got the t-shirt to prove it! ;)...secondly...out of those three non-greatestuniversityontheplanet-teams....I have malice towards two...Neutered& Lame and the fakeUSC...I've just never had that for OU. I don't know why...I can definitely say if someone from Foley went to ND or USC I would NOT pull for those schools, but......dangit! why am I even thinking this way! STAY HOME JULIO!!!!!
