he's put in the time in the weight room to be where he needs to be to play inside, so now it's down to playbook and just competing. I don't think we'll see him as a starter this year just based on basically having 4 returning 'starters' due to injury and return situation, but if he does figure the playbook out, he might be able to slot into the 2-deep.
As a pass rusher, I'd say he's got the burst, but it's a bit different than just blocking a punt. The punter is pretty much in a spot, and you're just sprinting to that spot. A QB can and will step up, move the pocket etc. Also on punt block you're typically not rushing against a top tier OT either, it's more likely an LB, maybe a TE. Net, as an outside pass rusher you have to directly engage against a top tier OL and sometime do more than just sprint past them. Kaho would not have the ideal length and size for it, but as a pure rabbit rusher in a dime package, maybe.
