Game Thread: King Henry vs Chiefs

Titans need to be in the market for a QB in the draft. They probably have 2 or 3 years max of prime Henry. They need someone who they can plug in and go. Trade up for Tua?

That’ll do it for Henry. Gotta throw it and throw it some more now. And - outside of short passes - Titans have no ability to throw themselves back into the game.

I would think they would go after an established QB who can perform right away instead of a new QB out of college. They are really close, they just need a QB who won't need time to develop.

I said in another thread that he is the type of QB that wins Super Bowls. I didn't mean it as a compliment.

He is a Dilfer or Johnson type qb. I think really we are probably talking about a totally different AFCCG had the Patriots offense not had so much misfortune this year. The Patriots had a good gameplan that their offense just couldnt carry them across that line to pull off, the Ravens's egos just got the best of them. Tennessee is truly the one team out of the final 4 that really doesnt belong in terms of their capabilities.

The problem is that they have Henry, Conklin, and a few other key pieces to resign. Right now probably the best move is to gauge Brady's interest in them, and see if Carolina would give up Newton for a decent price.

Pats vs. Chiefs would have made for a fun game.

Tannehill is just too damn slow going through his reads. Tua could’ve thrown the ball twice with some of the time in the pocket he’s had today.

Last years was pretty good.

The problem is that the loss of Andrews and Gronk, and the utter craziness that happened with AB really grounded the Patriots offense. There is a reason that Brady is openly talking with certain teams with superior offenses right now, and its that he knows he cant do it all anymore. But I think a Pats-Chiefs game would probably be a butt whoopin.
