GEORGIA - Georgia¹s 49.7 on floor last week vs. Alabama was its best outing in the event since it scored a 49.675 vs Washington last year (Mar. 11) ... Georgia is averaging a 49.515 on floor in its last five meets ... the Gym Dogs have now scored higher than a 197.0 in their last three meets, which represents their most prolific streak since they eclipsed the 197.0 mark in six consecutive meets in 1999 ... Suzanne Sears¹ 10.0 on floor was her second one in the event in as many weeks, which marks the first time a Gym Dog has scored a 10.0 on floor in back-to-back meets since former Gym Dog Kim Arnold accomplished the feat in February of 1997 ... freshman Cory Fritzinger¹s 39.625 was a career best and the highest all-around score for a Georgia freshman since former Gym Dog Karin Lichey scored a perfect 40.0 versus Kentucky on Feb. 23, 1996 ... Smith's score came on her 18th collegiate beam routine without a fall and pushed her RQS to 9.875 for 12th in the country and second in the region. Smith also scored a season-high 9.875 on the floor exercise to finish fifth and claim the Ernestine Weaver Award for the most entertaining routine of the meet (presented by UF in honor of the former coach). The GymKats also finished well on the floor as a team, scoring a 49.025, the sixth-highest floor score in school history.

LSU - The LSU gymnastics team won its fifth consecutive decision, defeating Auburn 195.675-194.450. LSU finished the regular season portion of their SEC schedule at 3-2 for the third consecutive year and won its 17th consecutive deci- sion in the series. Brett,

Thanks for the gymnastics info. I try to keep up with it; however, had never seen information such as what you posted. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the gymnastics information. I just noticed the SEC Tourney is at Bartow Arena. I've never been there. Is this on the UAB Campus? Is motorhome parking provided any place?
I was surprised at the allbarn meet at the Civic Center that no motorhome parking was allowed (overnight). We were headed on to T-Town anyway, but since I thought that was where the SEC Tourney was being held, we asked and were told we'd have to leave the parking lot after the meet.
Anyone know?
