I used to work out In the same gym with a dude who competed in national squat competitions. The guy was an ass. One day his girlfriend asked me to help spot him. I said sure thinking the guy would have control of the weight. She was the other spotter on the other side of the bar. The guy went down with the weight, made it about half way back up, and gave up. We managed to get the bar off him, but my shoulder was sore for a couple of weeks afterwards. I refused to ever spot for him again.

I have a lot of respect for guys that can move that move that kind of weight.
