As I mentioned a couple months ago, I think our depth will be the biggest factor in our conference run. Might be even more critical during tournament schedules.

I don't believe any other team has a bench like we have.

It's the very thing that allows us to sustain injuries and still maintain our momentum.
.

We have sure missed him, and I'm sorry he's out today, but I support Coach's mindset:

Oats went on to say that Alabama is prioritizing Reid's long-term health instead of risking further injury. ... He has a future playing basketball and Oats and company are being careful so as to not cause him an issue that will linger long-term for him.

Same here… I had total knee replacement on Wednesday. The pain meds keep me in a funk/fog. I’ll try to play through the pain lol 🥴
I had left hip replacement last year on March 27 and right knee replacement on Aug. 5.

If you can tolerate it, keep the meds up. Stay faithful to rehab.

Yeah, I'm facing the second one (left) on 4/2. Not only is all my cartilage gone, the trochanter ball is flat on one side, from grinding against my pelvis where the cup used to be. They don't see how I'm walking. For once, I'm actually looking forward to a major surgery...

My hip hurt for 20 years. Glad I did it. My knee is still healing at 6 months. Hope yours goes well!

Yeah. On the left, the surgeon told me 8 years ago it needed doing immediately. At least, he's had 8 more years of practice. :) The right one was done nine years ago by an Andrews surgeon. Personally, the whole experience was overrated...
