Winning on the road against a good team is stupid hard in basketball.just got out played tonight in a tough environment
It’s worth it if you wanna watch old tv showsI can't believe I signed up for Peacock for this!! We couldn't hit water if we fell out of a boat tonight.
I don’t lolI hope Johni wrecks Kaufman-Renn in a few weeks.
I guess I just don’t follow basketball enough. #2 ranking, so much preseason hype around here about making the national title game and we can’t even hang with the #13 ranked team for the whole game. Aren’t we going to have to beat tougher teams to get to a title game? Not a great start to this tough stretch of games.
Missing a starter and could be best player in Youngblood, played away, freshman getting lots of PT and learning along with transfers. Plus rankings are a guess till later in the year when you know how good teams actually are. Lot of factors and not a bad loss. The team has work to do but so does every team.I guess I just don’t follow basketball enough. #2 ranking, so much preseason hype around here about making the national title game and we can’t even hang with the #13 ranked team for the whole game. Yeah I just saw stock home cooking. Nothing that would cause me to flip my lid had it been Auburn on the court.Refs were ok. A few bad calls but overall ok. This team seems to be lacking an identity at the moment. Sears playing a little selfish and wild so far this year. Philon is a star. Stevenson doesn’t seem to have improved except maybe a little in defense. Could have used Youngblood tonight. An ok loss and good learning opportunity. This team just needs to gel and get guys healthy like Grant and so on.
