If "Recruiting Restrictions" don't involve getting players from portal or involve NIL, It's absolutely no penalty at all. What's a scholarship when you can get a Million from a NIL deal these days?

Yep - they turned a blind eye while they were cheating on the field and then hit them with meaningless sanctions. The NCAA is worthless
