No score early in the first. Ole Miss lost to LSU but gave it the old college try. LSU looked VERY slugigsh against an inspired OM team...

Who are you pulling for?

With the passing of Nick Bell and with Jon Bond cooperating with the FBI, I'm leaning towards State in this game. ;)
 
State has a pretty decent team this year. I think they could have done almost as well as the barn has this year if Camputer had ended up there...
 
Crazy to think but Mississippi State could be a National Title contender had they gotten Newton this year.

Think about it, they're 7-3 without him, while AU would have easily lost to Clemson, USCe, LSU, MSU, Kentucky, Arkansas, Georgia, maybe more? They're looking at a 3-7 season minus Newton.

If Newton had gone to Starkville, I firmly believe they'd be 10-0 right now. What a bizzaro world.

So true. It's becoming more and more obvious that Dan Mullen was a key figure in Florida's success...
 
This is shaping up to be a great football game. MSU is playing inspired football to this point, have to think the 1st home game since Nick Bell passed is making a difference.
